1. Site Visit

- We’ll explain all about grout (and make it interesting!).

- We’ll match & advise the grout color to your tiles with our physical colour bar.

- You’ll get a quote and we’ll set a date. “Every journey begins with a single step.”

2. Service Day

- Secure your treasures and loose items.

- Try to keep the area dry for 4-6 hours before we start. If that’s tough, don’t worry—we’ve got it. “Challenges are what make life interesting.”

- We’ll help move heavy furniture (but your washing machine & fridge can stay put).

- Our hours are 10 am to 6 pm. “Seize the day!” (We do also work till late night. Sometimes on night shift too!)

3. After Service

- No major upkeep needed. “Success is the sum of small efforts.”

- You can use the area right away (yes, even shower time!).

- For deep cleaning, wait 24 hours if you want. “Good things come to those who wait.”

Our prices vary based on the service area, type of home (whether it’s an BTO, HDB resales, condo, or that fabulous landed property), and the grout condition. Older homes might take a bit more work, which can slightly bump up the cost. Don't hesitate to ask about our special deals or group discounts—who doesn’t love a good bargain?

Feel free to stay home, but avoid the service area while the grout sets. Expect some noise (like vacuum cleaner). No bad smells or heavy-duty hacking. We’ll help move furniture, but let’s leave the washing machine or fridge where it is.
